Engineer (1890–1974) known for his pivotal role in the development of the atomic bomb as a primary organizer of the Manhattan Project. Vintage print of a Eugene Montgomery portrait of Bush working in his laboratory, 11 x 13.5, signed in and inscribed in the lower border in fountain pen, “To Ralph & Terry Booth, with cordial regards, Vannevar Bush.” Print is affixed to an identical size board. In fine condition, with scattered light soiling to borders, as well as some slight rippling.
