Van de VELDE, Henry.- Réaménagement intérieur et ameublement de la maison de campagne "Fudji" de la Baronne H. Lambert à Wezembeek-Oppem. 1937-1938. 24 feuilles : dessins originaux au crayon sur calque ou en tirage "osalith" (traces de pliures, quelques déchirures).
- 15 dessins de Van de Velde dont trois pièces datées d'avril, octobre et novembre 1938, figurant un plan relevé du rez-de-chaussée avec petit salon et les premiers jets de réaménagement au crayon bleu et rouge, un plan d'ameublement du salon-bibliothèque accompagné de deux croquis et d'un dessin d'un grand et d'un petit fauteuil, élévation et plan de la façade postérieure avec modifications des baies de fenêtre, plans divers de la bibliothèque, détails, études de la suspension des rideaux, d'un cache-radiateur, meuble bureau, une paire de chenets en fer forgé.
- 7 dessins d'exécution, études et détails en tirage "osalith" signés de la Compagnie des Marbres d'Art, les Fils Albert Mathieu de Bruxelles (un dessin daté 31 mai 1938).
- 2 variantes de l'étude d'éclairage par Philips Belgium S.A., datées 1937 (tirage "osalith").
Joint : un plan cadastral de Wezembeek-Oppem avec situation du domaine de Grunne, rue Hernalsteen, et une lettre du comte Xavier de Grunne à Van de Velde concernant l'acquisition de terrains pour un projet prospectif d'un stade avec piscine (Wezembeek-Oppem, le 23 décembre 1938).
IHFZ 24 bladen : originele potloodtekeningen op kalkpapier of blauwdrukken (meestal gevouwen, enkele inscheuringen).
Project voor de integrale vernieuwing en meubilering van een salon met bibliotheek in het buitenhuis van Barones Lambert in Wezembeek-Oppem : 15 bladen door Van de Velde, 7 bladen met technische details voor marmerwerken door de Ets. Albert Mathieu Zonen en 2 bladen met technische studie voor de verlichting door Philips Belgium.
Bijgevoegd : een kadastrale kaart van Wezembeek-Oppem met inplanting van het domein de Grunne in de Hernalsteenstraat en een getypte brief van graaf Xavier de Grunne aan Van de Velde betreffende de aankoop van terreinen met het oog op de inplanting van een stadion met zwembad (Wezembeek-Oppem, 23 December 1938).
IHFZ 24 leaves : original drawings in pencil on tracing paper or blueprints (most of them folded, some tears).
Project of the complete new lay-out for the study or "salon-bibliothèque" and its furnishing in the country-house of Baronne Lambert near Brussels : 15 drawings by Van de Velde, 7 technical drawings and details for marbles, and 2 technical studies for the lighting by Philips Belgium.
Added : a cadastral map of Wezembeek-Oppem and a letter of count Xavier de Grunne to Van de Velde concerning the purchase of land to create a stadium with swimming pool (Wezembeek-Oppem, December 23th 1938).

After full payment, buyers are kindly requested to take away their purchases immediately after the auction or at the bookshop the next Tuesday after the auction 230 av. Louise, from 2 pm until 6 pm.
Goods will be send only after customers’ payment.
Packing and dispatching are entirely at the buyer’s own expense.
Books whose price exceed 100 (EUR) will be send by registered post.

Payment will be made in Belgian Francs. We do not accept credit cards neither cheques whose total amount exceed 200 (EUR) or cheques not validated for higher sum.
Terms of sale require buyers to pay immediately for their purchases, which means that lots will be released to them only when full and cleared payment as been received by us
In addition to the hammer price, the buyer has to pay a buyer’s premium of 21%, V.A.T. inclusive, all strictly in cash and in Ero's (EUR)
In case of original art and if the principles of the author’s rights are applicable, an extra 4% must be paid on each hammer price of at least 1250 EUR
All items are assumed to be in good condition unless otherwise stated. Buyers are kindly invited to carry out their own inspection of the lots they want to buy. All items to be auctioned are on view for several days prior to the sale.
Returning an item after the striking of the hammer will not be accepted, whatever the reason put forward. Those items bought on order must be inspected within 8 days after receipt. Any return after this term will be refused.
All items of the catalogue with the mention « n.c. » (non collationné = not inspected) are not subject to return. Neither are those sold in lots (two items or more) works consisting in multiple volumes and periodicals or series.
If you cannot attend the auction, we can execute written bids on your behalf. To ensure a satisfactory service, it is necessary to make arrangements for the services at least one day before the sale.
On every purchase Belgian law only is applicable, and all cases of dispute are exclusively to the competence of the Brussels Chamber.
