Van de VELDE, Henry.- Deux garnitures de meuble en métal. Mars 1930. 2 dessins à l'encre de Chine sur papier calque (24 x 23 cm et 29.5 x 36.5 cm, le dernier avec déchirure sans perte et renforcée).
Projet d'une poignée en deux formats; dessin avec logo, daté "März 1930" et légendé en allemand.
Le deuxième dessin concerne deux variantes de ferrures, avec logo mais sans date.
Joint : une lettre dactylographiée des Ets. Louis de Waele à Van de Velde au sujet d'un appareil pour la porte glissante entre le bureau et l'antichambre de S.M. le Roi (Bruxelles, le 11 janvier 1935).
IHFZ 2 originele tekeningen in Chinese inkt op kalkpapier, zijnde ontwerpen voor metalen beslag : een trekker voor een meubeldeur in twee variante afmetingen (gemonogrammeerd en gedateerd Maart 1930) en een deurklink in twee versies (enkel gemonogrammeerd, ingescheurd zonder verlies).
Bijgevoegd : een getypte brief van de Ets. Louis De Waele aan Van de Velde betreffende de uitrusting van de schuifdeur tussen voorkamer en bureel van Z.M. de Koning (Brussel, 11 Januari 1935).
IHFZ Two ink drawings on tracing paper : a design of a doorhandle for a piece of furniture with variant (logo, dated March 1930) and a design of a doorlatch with variant (logo, no date, one tear without any loss).
Added : a letter from the Ets. Louis De Waele to Van de Velde concerning a device for the gliding door between the "antichambre" and the study of H.M. the King (Brussels, January 11th 1935).

After full payment, buyers are kindly requested to take away their purchases immediately after the auction or at the bookshop the next Tuesday after the auction 230 av. Louise, from 2 pm until 6 pm.
Goods will be send only after customers’ payment.
Packing and dispatching are entirely at the buyer’s own expense.
Books whose price exceed 100 (EUR) will be send by registered post.

Payment will be made in Belgian Francs. We do not accept credit cards neither cheques whose total amount exceed 200 (EUR) or cheques not validated for higher sum.
Terms of sale require buyers to pay immediately for their purchases, which means that lots will be released to them only when full and cleared payment as been received by us
In addition to the hammer price, the buyer has to pay a buyer’s premium of 21%, V.A.T. inclusive, all strictly in cash and in Ero's (EUR)
In case of original art and if the principles of the author’s rights are applicable, an extra 4% must be paid on each hammer price of at least 1250 EUR
All items are assumed to be in good condition unless otherwise stated. Buyers are kindly invited to carry out their own inspection of the lots they want to buy. All items to be auctioned are on view for several days prior to the sale.
Returning an item after the striking of the hammer will not be accepted, whatever the reason put forward. Those items bought on order must be inspected within 8 days after receipt. Any return after this term will be refused.
All items of the catalogue with the mention « n.c. » (non collationné = not inspected) are not subject to return. Neither are those sold in lots (two items or more) works consisting in multiple volumes and periodicals or series.
If you cannot attend the auction, we can execute written bids on your behalf. To ensure a satisfactory service, it is necessary to make arrangements for the services at least one day before the sale.
On every purchase Belgian law only is applicable, and all cases of dispute are exclusively to the competence of the Brussels Chamber.
