Now that Eric Prawn has done all the hard work to find the Frankenstein monster, Cardinal moves in for the kill, in this splash page for the Doug Moench story, "Tactics of Death!" Penciled by Val Mayerik and inked by Klaus Janson, the art has an image area of 10" x 15".
