MOLOTOV </b>(1890 - 1986) Soviet politician, a staunch supporter of Stalin who served as Prime Minister and later as Stalin's commissar of foreign affairs, served as the Soviet spokesman at Tehran, Yalta, Potsdam and San Francisco. A.E.S. penned at the top of a telegram received from Russian offices in the Unites States, concerning the donation of 2.5 million sq. ft. of marble to the United States. At top, Molotov writes in indelible pencil: "<i>We must agree to donate it. Molotov</i>". Also bears a similar A.E.S. by <b>ANASTOS I. MIKOYAN</b> (1895-1978) Soviet politician, a Bolshevik leader in Baku, member of the central Committee and later Chairman of the Presidium. A rare combination of signatures, very good.<b> $200-300</b>
