<hr align=left size=5 width=33% color=#778899>(1869-1947). King of Italy (1900-46); self-styled emperor of Ethiopia (1936-44) and king of Albania (1939-44). He ceded most of his authority to Benito Mussolini in 1922, naming him prime minister. Partly printed DS as King of Italy, 1p, folio, Rome, Nov. 6, 1935, in Italian. Untranslated, regarding the promotion of one Luigi Forgiarini. Large signature, boldly penned at conclusion. Also boldly signed by “<i>Mussolini</i>” (1883-1945), founder of Italian fascism and self-styled “Il Duce” who allied himself with Germany in 1939 bringing Italy into World War II. Dismissed by Emmanuel in 1943, he led a puppet Nazi government in northern Italy until his assassination in 1945. Binding perforations at left edge; three insignificant tears at right edge, o/w VG/Fine.

11. All bidding is done in a competitive manner. The
winning bid will always be one bidding increment
over the second highest bid. The minimum
acceptable bid for any lot is 50% of the low
estimate given in the item description or $25,
whichever is higher.

12. Payment is expected immediately upon receipt of
invoice. All accounts are payable to Signature
House. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Wire
transfer details are available upon request.
West Virginia residents will pay a sales tax of
6% unless a resale number is filed with us prior
to the closing date. For sales outside of the USA
a credit card is requested.

13. Shipment is made via U.S. Postal Service or
Airborne unless otherwise instructed. Handling,
shipping and insurance charges are added to the
invoice. Oversize and foreign shipments are subject
to increased charges. All items are shipped
immediately upon receipt of payment.

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within
seven days providing that it comes back in the same
condition. There is a lifetime guarantee on
authenticity to the original purchaser. The item(s)
must be returned with two letters denying it’s
authenticity by expert authenticators acceptable
