INTAGE COMMODORE C64 PERSONAL COMPUTER (FULLY WORKING) + 1530 DATASSETTE UNIT C2N CASSETTE PLAYER BOXED, LIGHT GUN, JOYSTICK & 16 GAMES LOT - RARE BIG OUTER LIGHT FANTASTIC BOX. Consisting of: ncludes the cables required for the TV (Scart lead), Power Adapter, Datassette Unit (Cassette Player for the Games)
which also comes boxed, plus Light Gun, Joystick and 16 Cassette Games (10 with their original Cases), as shown. The Console and
three Games have been tested and are fully working, but unfortunately the other Games haven't been tested due to the time it takes to
load them all! The Commodore 64 includes everything shown and the original box, polystyrene and big outer box are also included. The
Light Gun is in good condition considering its age, as shown. Please be aware that the Light Gun doesn't work on LCD Televisons, so we
haven't been able to test it. But the firing mechanism starts up the game. Please note the 3-D Action Pack, 3-D Glasses and User Guide
are missing from the Set but this doesn't detract from this nice vintage Console in any way. The label on the bottom of the Commodore 64 is printed with the Serial No. HB5 205837E and 'Made in China'. There is some light surface
scratches/scuffs underneath and yellowing to the Cassette Player and Power Adapter as shown, but this doesn't detract from this great
vintage Personal Computer in any way. 10 of the included 16 Cassette Games include their Cases, some of which have some splits/cracks, surface scuffs/scratches and paper inserts.
Please note that only three Games have been tested due to the time it takes to load them all! Datassette Unit is in good played with condition with some yellowing and includes its original box, which has some wear, tears and stains. The inner polystyrene tray insert is present and stores away the Console when not in use. It is also in good condition considering its
age with a split and some wear. The rare big outer box has wear with a missing handle at the top, tears, marks, creasing, corner/edge wear and lots of scuffs/scratches.

2. The auctioneer will be the final judge as to who is the succesful bidder. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer shall at his discretion decide whether or not to reopen the bidding. If an item is withdrawn from auction it will be offered again at the auctioneers discretion. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the succesful bidder at the fall of the auctioneers hammer. The purchaser shall assume full responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. All lots in the catalogue are subject to a reserve, of which the amount is confidental between Kristen Leighs auctions limited and the consigner. We reserve the right to bid up to the amount of reserve by placing successive or consecutive bids for a lot, or bid in response to other bidders.
POSTAGE:
3.The auction house has at any time the right to void the sale before any lots are shipped and will refund all monies paid within a reasonable amount of time normally within 2 weeks
3a. Invoices will be sent to the winning bidder within 5 days (for postage) of the close of the auction. And payment is due within 3 days of the invoice being sent. Payment is accepted visa card or MasterCard or bank transfer with www.wise.com (see important notice for a special future discount rate) or can be made via our intergrated card invoice for international customers with an additional 2.5 percent.
SHIPPING.
A sihipping quote is provided by Kristen Leighs auctions limited on invoices and automatically includes tracking, which can be tracked on your end to your address. Insurance isn't included and can be added at an extra cost by contacting us. Please note glass in frames isn't covered by insurance and can be replaced for perspex if need be.
4. In bidding on any lot offered, the bidder indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. Title of each lot passes when the auctioneer or screen indicates sold. The bidder is responsible for knowing on which item he/she is bidding. If unsure the bidder should inquire or not bid. When becoming the winning bidder at auction, you have affected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder.
Most of our autographed lots are supplied with third party authenticity certificate. Please ask if the lot comes with certificate of authenticity though as some lots don’t come with this. Important notice for customers about Coas - these are as opinion expressed by a company as to it being genuine. No companies that issue coas guarantee their coas prove an items authenticity, they can only provide their opinion, but the companies used have extensive knowledge and have decades of years in this field.
