Vaseline depression glass shaker by Anchor Hocking. Ribbed with diagonal blank space for label. Original aluminum lid not in the best shape, but screws on & off just fine. 5.25" tall with lid. 2.5" wide. Impressed "6" in base. Condition: Few minor dings on edges, too small to photograph.
