A very rare and unusual French calendar clock with phases of the moon and date aperture and revolving globe with signs of the Zodiac with a snake indicating various parts of the world as the globe revolves. The clock has two winged cherubs dancing either side of the globe. The movement which strikes on a bell on the hour and half hour has various markings. One of the marks EB FABRIQUE and another signature on the bottom of the movement QA inside a square. This magnicient clock with its original mercury gilding was probably made approximately 1830. 17" high x 16 1/2" wide x 7" deep.

The whole clock is in good original condition and in good working order. Shipping is free for this item.
