Good. The rifle has a smooth crisp dark patina with the frame and hammer retaining some silver out original case colors. Minor pitting is present on the cylinder and a hairline crack is present on the left front side (ahead of the cylinder) of the frame. The brass has an overall even patina. The period revarnished stock is also good with a hairline crack near the upper tang and some minor handling marks. Mechanically very good.
