If you wish to obtain additional information on a particular lot, ScreenUsed may provide, upon request, a more detailed description than what appears in the catalog. We remind the prospective buyers that these are rare collector pieces, and all sales are final.
United States passport for Farrah Fawcett (6.75"H x 5"L - opened) featuring a navy-blue vinyl cover with "Passport - United States of America" in gold metallic stamped letters and personal information on the first pages within, including her date of birth (02 Feb 47), place of birth (Texas, U.S.A.), and her signature in black ink. A square head shot photograph of the actor is laminated within and features her trademark flowing blonde hairstyle and warm smile. Within other pages of the passport are stamped and hand-written notations entered at various destinations visited by the actor between 1985 and 1995, including the United Kingdom, the Bahamas, and primarily British Columbia; and "Canceled - New Application" is also largely stamped in red letters. Also, stapled within is a holder's copy of an Employment Authorization form for Canada that validates work from October through December of 1994 for the TV movie, "Children of the Dust" (1995). Noteworthy is the fact that this is the period of time when Miss Fawcett would undertake her most challenging and critically acclaimed roles, including the TV movie about domestic violence, "The Burning Bed" (1984), the first to offer a 800 number to viewers for resources and support, that won the actor her first of four Emmy nominations; and "Extremities" (MGM, 1986), a film about a would-be rape victim who turns the tables on her attacker, for which Farrah Fawcett won a Golden Globe nomination for "Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture-Drama."
