Issued to and signed on verso by GEORGE JAY GOULD (1864-1923) Financier and son of Jay Gould. George Gould was a railroad executive who led both the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad and the Western Pacific Railroad Stamp cancelled and excellent.
