Unique Spencer Model 1867 Repeating Rifle with 'W.R.A. Co.  Markings
Blade front and folding carbine rear sights, with "W.R.A.Co" stamped on the right side of the barrel and "W.R.A. Co 56-52" engraved on top around the rear barrel band. Though not confirmed, this does suggest a Winchester factory cartridge test or experimental rifle. Casehardened receiver, with a "NM" extractor and no Stabler cutoff. Smooth straight grip stock with 3 barrel bands, a bayonet lug, sling swivels, and a smooth buttplate with spring loaded magazine.

Condition: Very fine, with 60% of the original blue finish, showing areas of brown patina, tool marks around the breech and scattered spotting and handling marks. Half of the original case colors are visible on the frame, which is turning silver on the balance. Stock is fair, with some cracking at the buttplate, chipping of the forearm and scattered dings and dents. Mechanically good.
