Very fine as retailer refurbished. The barrel retains 85% retailer thin plum/blue finish with some edge wear. The receiver retains 80% original case colors with some fading to gray. The breechblock and hammer retain 70% original case colors and the lever is a mix of original case colors and smooth mottled gray patina. The wood is very good with most of the varnish remaining, showing normal handling loss on the forearm, a small gouge on the left wrist, and overall some scattered minor dents and dings. The markings are clear. The action is fine. The case is fair with the carrying handle absent, broken corners on the lid, some heavy wear and material loss. The lining is about good with some deterioration and material loss.
