<B>Undated Clad Washington Quarter Planchet--Partially Attached Layer--NGC.</B></I> A Type Two planchet with an upset rim. This wavy and thick piece has light tan patina, and both sides show scrapes from its encounters with mint machinery. On the obverse (relative to the NGC holder) the thick outer clad layer has partially detached from the inner core without exposing any of the copper core.
