<B>19??-? 50C Kennedy Half--Struck on Scrap Planchet--MS65 NGC.</B></I> Broadstruck on a scrap flan in the shape of a three-quarters moon. The Great Seal motif is mostly present and well struck, but the reverse legend is spread and distorted. The portrait is similarly blurry, while LIBERTY is comparatively sharp.
