<B>Undated 5C Jefferson Nickel--Off Center with Obverse Brockage--MS64 NGC.</B></I> A struck nickel (not the present coin) failed to be ejected from the coinage chamber. A new planchet (to be the present coin) was fed in, and both pieces were struck approximately 50% off center toward 12 o'clock. The previously struck nickel partially blocked the obverse die, causing a brockage of the lower reverse on the lower left obverse of the present piece.
