<B>Undated 5C Jefferson Nickel--Broadstruck, Obverse Struck Through Die Cap--MS65 Six Full Steps NGC.</B></I> The reverse is a broadstrike with a partial knife rim and a "flame" clashmark over Monticello. The upper obverse has soft design details, as it was struck through a late stage die cap. The lower obverse has an irregular, nearly featureless surface in much lower relief.
