<B>Undated 25C Washington Quarter--Struck on 5C Planchet with Obverse Brockage--MS66 NGC.</B></I> This lustrous and lightly toned piece has close to a full diameter despite the undersized planchet. The Y in LIBERTY and the ICA in AMERICA are partly off the flan. DOLLAR is distorted from collar-unrestrained metal flow.
