<B>Undated 1C Lincoln Cent--40% Off Center on a Type Two Clad 10C Planchet--MS64 NGC.</B></I> The clad core is visible on the reverse edge near 6 o'clock. Widely off center toward 3 o'clock, with the date and any mintmark off the flan.
