<B>Undated 10C P-Mint Mercury Dime--Obverse Die Cap, Reverse Die is Anvil Die--MS64 PCGS.</B></I> A normally struck dime (not the present piece) failed to eject from the dies, and was struck a second time against a newly fed planchet (which became the present piece). The latter piece clung to the reverse die, and remained in the coin chamber for repeated additional strikes, which forced the piece to partly wrap around the reverse die.
