Fellow Iger shop aces Jack Cole and Dave Berg contributed to the issue as well. Note that this is the "dark cover, no price" version of the issue. CGC notes, "'To David from Will Eisner' written on 1st page in pen." Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $1,143; VF 8.0 value = $2,477.
