So-called Wilson dollar, issued to commemorate the opening of the U.S. branch mint in Manila , Philippines, July 16, 1920<B>. </B></I>This was the only overseas mint ever established by the United States. This is a circulated example with minor wear and contact marks. The majority of these were dumped in Manila Bay at the onset of the war in the Pacific.
