Note: Le pur sang irlandais Gamecock fut vainqueur du Steeplechase International de Sandown et du Grand National en 1887, au total victorieux dans 28 courses. An inkwell made out of a horse's hoof, the sterling silver lid with the name "Gamecock" and dated April 13th 1895, hallmarked Edinburgh, 1896. Note: The Irish thoroughbred, Gamecock, winner of 28 races including the 4 mile Grand International Steeplechase at Sandown and the Grand National in 1887. $400/600
