On verso of second page is written "<I>Dec. 5/67</B></I> <I>Notification to Mr. Winston of his appointment as Chairman of Committee to notify nominee </B></I>". On obverse of second page are listed the names of the Executive Committee members: "<I>Frederick S. Winston, William B. Astor, Cornelius Vanderbilt, Hamilton Fish, James Brown, William E. Dodge, John E. Williams, Moses H. Grinnell, Samuel Wetmore, John Q. Jones, William H. Webb, William T. Blodgett, James Harper, Francis B. Cutting, John Cochrane, Simeon B.
