Comprises: 1.) Albumen cabinet card family photograph imprinted on the mount "Gen. U.S. Grant and Family at Mt. McGregor, N.Y. June 19, 1885." 2.) Two albumen cabinet card portraits of Grant in a bust length, 3/4 profile pose wearing a tuxedo. One imprinted on recto "A. Bogardus & Co. 872 Broadway..." and bears the photographer's ornate logo on verso. The second card bears a verso imprinted "Compliments of the Bee Hive / 667 W. Baltimore St. dealers in China, Glassware, Tinware..." 3.) Four assorted Carte de Visite Civil War era portraits of Grant in various poses wearing his Union uniform. Three bear versos with stamped or labeled photographer identifications including "Joseph Ward," "E. & H.T. Anthony...from photographic negative of Brady's...," and "Franklin & Co. ...Washington, D.C." [also bears a two cent proprietary revenue stamp]. 4.) Three albumen Carte de Visite after lithographs of Grant [duplication]. 5.) Printed silk portrait of Grant in a bust length, 3/4 profile, pose.
