Excellent plus. The sword retains 98% of the original fold-plated finish on the hilt and shows only very minor storage wear. The blade retains all of the original polish and blue-gray finish on the etched panels. The etching is crisp and free from wear. The orange grip is in excellent condition. The scabbard has very minor rub marks along the sides of the body but is in excellent condition. This is an ultra-rare Third Reich 2nd Pattern Luftwaffe Officer's Sword and scabbard in excellent original condition that would be a centerpiece in an sword collection. This is your opportunity to own the finest!
