Cece’s Shipping Policy – Due to customer inquiries into our shipping process, we at Cece’s Sales have decided to streamline our distribution by charging our customers exact weight of each purchase made with us, plus $2.99 for handling. All Shipments will be made thru the United States Postal Service using Actual Weight with Delivery Confirmation on all items over $20, Insurance on all packages over $100, and Registered Mail on any items over $1000 in value. To provide this shipping feature, purchaser’s credit cards will show two debits on their Credit Card, one for the amount bought in Auction and one for shipping. Combined monthly shipping is available upon request.
