US Civil War era staff and field sword by Ames dated 1862, blade fine to near excellent showing its bright original polish, just some slight staining. The hilt and blade is ADK inspected, the guard shows AHC inspection. The scabbard is in very good original condition with just some slight losses, minor fraying, but at least very good overall with original Sergeant’s type leather carrier with eagle buckle which is in good to very good condition. An outstanding example of Civil War NCO sword. Est: $750 - $1,500

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
