One line of letters below the signature "Richard Penn MP". Richard was the son of William Penn. Late 17th century. Exhibited at the 2001 Finkels' exhibition "Some Honest Worke in Hande". Very minor damage. 12"h. 7"w. Contemporary frame. 16"h. 11"w.
