<hr align=left size=5 width=33% color=#778899>Collection of six bold signatures. Three are attractively matted beside their image in uniform and contained under glass within wood frames. These include Major General <b><font size=-1>John A Dix</font></b> (1798-1879, noted for his threat to shoot anyone hauling down the American flag and his suppression of the bloody New York City draft riots. Boldly signed as US secretary of the treasury, 2¾"x1"; Brigadier General <b><font size=-1>Alvin P. Hovey</font></b> (1821-1891) who gained a costly victory at Champion Hill, signing as governor of Indiana, 2¼"x3¾"; Major General <b><font size=-1>Richard Oglesby</font></b> (1824-1899), wounded at Corinth and three times governor of IL, signed “<i>R.J. Oglesby / Dec 17th...1888 / Springfield Ills,</i>” 3½"x2". Plus signed cards, each approx 3½"x2", and accompanied by laser images. Boldly signed by Brigadier General <b><font size=-1>Joseph R. Hawley</font></b> (1826-1905), who commanded a brigade under Terry and participated in the Siege of Petersburg, signing “<i>J.H. Hawley</i>,” 3½"x2"; and Brigadier General <b><font size=-1>Russell Alger</font></b> (1836-1907), wounded at Boonsboro and later served as secretary of war, signing “<i>R.A. Alger</i>,” 3½"x2¼". Plus IL Congressman <b><font size=-1>William R. Morrison</font></b> (1824-1909), first elected in 1862, signing “<i>W.R. Morrison</i>,” 3½"x2". Overall Fine.

11. All bidding is done in a competitive manner. The
winning bid will always be one bidding increment
over the second highest bid. The minimum
acceptable bid for any lot is 50% of the low
estimate given in the item description or $25,
whichever is higher.

12. Payment is expected immediately upon receipt of
invoice. All accounts are payable to Signature
House. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Wire
transfer details are available upon request.
West Virginia residents will pay a sales tax of
6% unless a resale number is filed with us prior
to the closing date. For sales outside of the USA
a credit card is requested.

13. Shipment is made via U.S. Postal Service or
Airborne unless otherwise instructed. Handling,
shipping and insurance charges are added to the
invoice. Oversize and foreign shipments are subject
to increased charges. All items are shipped
immediately upon receipt of payment.

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within
seven days providing that it comes back in the same
condition. There is a lifetime guarantee on
authenticity to the original purchaser. The item(s)
must be returned with two letters denying it’s
authenticity by expert authenticators acceptable
