U.S. model 1903 military-issue rifle, .30 caliber, by Remington with bayonet, scabbard sling, serial #3331348. Barrel is Remington marked, dated 10-42. The rifle is in very good plus to near fine original conditionwith 80-90% arsenal finish. The left side of the stock is marked “RLB” with ordinance wheel. The stock shows a “P” proof behind triggerguard and four small proofs in front of floorplate. The stock shows some dings,mars, scratches and dents, and is very good plus overall. The rifle shows a U.S. marked sight cover. The bayonet is dated 1942, “UC” manufacture marked, and is very good plus to near fine with correct fabric sling in verygood condition also.
