U.S. military issue M1-C Garand sniper rifle, .30-06 caliber, serial #3617564, USMC issue, 1952-dated. Koll-Morgan scope. Barrel dated Springfield Armory 5-45. Arsenal refurbished by Marine Corps armorers to be featured inupcoming book on military arms by noted author and expert Joe Poyer. With certificate of authenticity from CMP and data sheet. The rifle remains in very good plus as arsenal refurbished condition, showing war-eaglecartouche just below rear of receiver on left side, some minor dings and mars in the stock, most of the original finish just aging slightly. Includes 1952-dated cheekpiece, period sling, flash hider, correct quickreleased parkerized mounts. Generally very good condition overall with sharp markings and near excellent bore.
