U.S. dress helmet for infantry showing insignia with numeral 8 in very good condition retaining spike, chinstrap and side buttons circa late 19th to early 20th-century. The interior shows “Ridabock” makers name and “14 Grand St., NewYork”. The sweatband is retained and the helmet is in good to very good overall condition just minor normal aging from sweat and wear.
