U.S. WWII Winchester Model 12 Trench Gun
The right side of the receiver is roll-stamped with "U.S." followed by the Ordnance 'Shell and Flame' insignia below the ejection port. A 'Shell and Flame' Ordnance proof mark is stamped on the top of the barrel just in front of the receiver. The left side of the stock is stamped with the ordnance final inspection "G.H.D." mark and cross cannon cartouche. The Winchester proof is stamped on the top of the receiver and barrel. The left side of the barrel has the standard markings, model designation, and bore above "CYL". It has the four hole handguard, bayonet lug, plain pistol grip stock, grooved forearm, checkered hard rubber factory buttplate, and sling swivels.

Condition: Excellent. The shotgun retains 90% plus original parkerized finish with extensive slide wear and some thinning to a gray (especially on the receiver). The wood is excellent with crisp original cartouches, some minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
