U.S. Springfield trapdoor rifle, .45-70 cal., 32-1/2” barrel, blue and case hardened finish, wood stock, ramrod bayonet, #508871, upper tang stamped “CO K 1”. This gun is in overall very good to fine condition showingthe majority of its military blue and case colors, top of trapdoor marked “U.S. Model 1884”, very good bore, crisp action, good markings, very good wood with clear circle P behind trigger guard and crisp inspector’scartouche on left side of stock “SWP 1890” in rectangle.
