U.S. Springfield Rolling Block rifle, .50 cal., 36" round barrel, wood stocks, sling swivels, receiver dated 1872, in overall very good to near fine condition showing a light patina on the "in the white" barrel, dark patina on receiver withhints of case color, fine bore, crisp action, sharp markings and very good to near fine wood stocks with crisp inspector's cartouche on left side of butt stock at wrist; correct iron cleaning rod and U.S. marked steel butt plate.
