U.S. Springfield Model M-1 Garand semi-auto rifle, .30 cal., 24” barrel, Parkerized finish, wood stock, #3058537. This rifle is in overall very good + condition as reworked, showing the majority of its military finish on metal surfaces, very good bore, crisp action, sharp markings including “3-S-A-5-44” on the right side of the barrel; checkered steel butt plate with cleaning kit compartment; three sling swivels; wood is overall very good with the barrel top and fore pieces appearing lighter and in near fine condition; the main portion stock is slightly darker in finish and overall very good with some scattered nicks, mars and scratches from carry and storage and a circle P behind the trigger guard.
