U.S. Springfield Armory Model 1903 bolt action rifle, .30-06 cal., 24” S.A. marked barrel with flaming bomb proof and dated 10-42, military green finish to barrel, receiver, trigger guard, floor plate, buttplate and barrel band with black finish to bolt; wood stock, leather sling, #1531561. This gun is in overall fine condition showing the majority of its military finish, sharp markings, crisp action, fine bore, and finewood stock with circle P and a small capital A behind the trigger guard, a 4 in a square, a 4 in a circle, a 3 in a triangle and a 6 in a diamond in front of the floor plate with crossed cannons proof on the left side of the stock above the trigger along with FJA in square inspector’s cartouche, an “OG” cartouche on the left side of the butt stock and a small “D28179” stamped on the wood top stock piece in front of the flip-up rearsight; only a couple storage mars to stock at time of description. We ship Federal Express, we can not ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence.
