The receiver of this rifle has Remington markings which are covered by the scope mount with the serial number partially visible on the right side and has the curved "R" marked bolt. The sights have been properly removed from the "3-43" dated Remington barrel. It is equipped with a Lyman All-Weather Alaskan 2.5x scope with a Redfield one piece mounting block. The scope is numbered "21312" and the mount is numbered to the gun. Mounted on a smooth stock, with Ordnance stamp and "C-SAA" San Antonio cartouche on the left side ahead of the wrist, a circled "P" on the pistol grip, and a green canvas sling.

Condition: Excellent as arsenal refurbished. The rifle retains 99% of the parkerized finish, with a few light handling marks overall and areas of brown patina on the scope tube and bolt. The stock is fine as repaired, with a "duffle bag" cut under the second barrel band and a few mild pressure dents and scratches. The scope has clear optics. The action is excellent.
