U.S. Rogers and Spencer Army Percussion Revolver

Revolver has German silver cone front sight with grooved receiver top rear sight. It has a casehardened loading assembly and hammer. Two-piece walnut grips have a sharp "RPB" cartouche on the left side. The revolver also has small inspector's marks on the various parts. The right forward flat of the frame is non-factory stamped "D.B. WYLIE".

Near fine with the exception of the refinished barrel which retains about 98% dull blue. The frame retains about 70% bright blue with flaked areas on the top strap and butt. The cylinder has about 80% bright blue with flaked and lightly pitted areas. Rammer and lever retain faded casehardening with traces of color, mostly a medium gray patina. Grip frame is a sliver-brown patina. The grips are very fine. Left grip has a small chipped toe; otherwise grips have light nicks and scratches and retain most of their original finish. Mechanically fine. The cartouche is crisp.
