BBL: 8 inch round
Stock:
Gauge: 50 CF
Finish: blue/casehardened
Grips: walnut
Serial Number: NSN
Condition: Excellent. The barrel retains 90% of the thinning original blue finish with areas of smooth gray and brown patina. The frame retains 75% of the original case colors with the lower backstrap, trigger guard and front strap faded to a smooth mottled gray patina. The hammer and breechblock remain bright with a small amount of discoloration on the hammer. The wood is very good. With the exception of three small holes on the right side of the grip and a few moderate chips on the lower edge, there are only a few minor dents and handling marks, with a clear cartouche. The first line of the frame marking is beginning to fade, otherwise the markings are clear. Mechanically excellent.
