1) Collins sword bayonet, model 1860 light cavalry saber, 22 1/2" single fuller yataghan blade, cast brass hilt and leather shear. The blade is in fine condition and is stamped "Collins & Co / Hartfeld" on the obverse ricasso. Sheath cracked, blade good. 2) U.S. Ames model 1840 N.C.D. sword, 32 1/4" straight single fuller blade, 1864 date, brass hilt, ribbed guard, leather wrapped scabbard. Very fine overall. 3) Ames model1860 Navy cutlass, 26" single fuller blade, 1863 date, grip. Grip damaged, otherwise very good. 4) U.S. Ames Model 1806 light cavalry saber 1860 sword, 34" double fuller blade, 1864 date, 2-branch guard, wire and leather grip, iron scabbard. Fair. 5) Civil war regulation pattern model 1850 Foot Officer's sword, 31 1/2" etched double fuller blade with gold Proved stamp, cut-through guard, wire and leather grip. Fine. 6) U.S. Starr 1818 contract scabbard, 32" single fuller blade, iron guard, leather grip, iron sheath. The obverse ricasso is marked "US / P / JW / N. STARR".
