U.S. Model 1850 foot officer’s sword with scabbard showing Tiffany & Co. New York agent marking and warranted wrought iron etched on reverse with Soligen makers mark (PDL) and etched blade showing U.S. and Eagle. The grip is sharkskin wrapped with brass wire. The condition is good to very good showing some normal aging. The leather scabbard is good with normal deteriorations opening in the seam, slight flaking and etc. The grip is ingood condition and the brass shows a good patina. Est. $700-$1,400.
