U.S. Model 1808 Navy flintlock pistol by Simeon North, .64 cal., 10” barrel, wood stock, brass mounts, iron belt hook, flared wood ramrod. This pistol is in overall good condition showing a re-conversion back to flintlock, the barrel shows a grey patina, the lock plate has sharp “U. States” under the spread eagle and “S. North Berlin Con.” behind the hammer; the action is very good; the bore dark, the brass mountings show a dark patina with the ramrod ferrule showing a number of dings and dents. The wood stock is overall good with scattered light nicks, mars and scratches from carry and use and an old repaired crack on the left side of the butt with a slight crack on the right side of the grip just behind the lock plate.
