U.S. Ithaca Model 1911A1 RIA National Match Semi-Automatic Pistol

Manufactured in 1943, this pistol later passed through the Rock Island Arsenal, and was armorer upgraded for use in the national pistol matches. Serrated Patridge blade front sight with a Triangle-brand adjustable rear sight, with two-line Ithaca address on the left side of the slide and "5032 M 1911 A1 U.S.ARMY" on the right. The Army marking is repeated on the right side of the frame ahead of the "RIA" overhaul stamp, with the Atwood inspector mark on the left. Fitted with an adjustable serrated trigger, thin hammer, arched serrated mainspring housing, Keyes Fiber grips, and a "S" marked full blue magazine. The Colt National Match barrel is outfitted with a "7267718/N M" bushing, and numbered "NM 7790429" and "1085032".

Very fine as arsenal refurbished, showing 98% of the parkerized finish, with some minor takedown lines on the frame and scattered handling marks. The grips are very good, with mild dents and flat spots. Mechanically excellent.
