U.S. Issue .52 caliber percussion conversion by R. Johnson dated 1836. The pistol remains in fair to good original condition showing a brown patina finish, some light to slightly heavy scattered pitting and erosion and heavy pitting on the nipple and bolster. The marking on the lock is good, the stock is good, and shows small losses around the lock area and a inspector’s cartouche on the left side of the stock.
