U.S. Harper’s Ferry single shot military rifle converted to percussion, lock plate dated 1851, .70 cal., 42” barrel, full wood stock, sling swivels. This gun is in overall good condition showing a brown patina onmetal surfaces, moderate pitting around firing area, good markings on the lock plate, good action, wood stock is overall fair to good with scattered mars and scratches from carry and storage and an old repair to thewrist area; flared tip iron ramrod that extends beyond the muzzle and is old but not original to this gun; right side of butt stock shows old “M L” initials; left side of stock shows remnants of inspector’scartouche. Buyer pays all cost of materials, handling, packing etc. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
