Copyright inherent to the lower right corner, "Copyright 1886 by the U.S. Inst. Photo. Co." The reverse features a printed advertisement for J. W. Goodell, a monument and headstone manufacturer from Burlington, Vermont, and bears an affixed matte-finish 7.5 x 9.25 photo of a large monument. In very good to fine condition, with rippling and soiling to the borders.
