Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 7 x 7.5, February 4, 1870. President Grant orders the secretary of state “to affix the seal of the United States to a Warrant for the pardon of Francis A. Voorhees.” Double-suede-matted and framed with an engraved portrait of Grant to an overall size of 24.75 x 17.5. In fine condition, with a couple horizontal folds lightly passing through the signature. Oversized.
